OTV：FlexGroup ボリュームのプロビジョニング時に権限不足エラーが発生します

環境

• ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere（OTV）9.11
• VMware vSphere

問題

• VMware vCenterを介したOTVを使用したFlexGroup としてのデータストアのプロビジョニングに失敗し、次のエラーが表示される。

Error: Insufficient privileges: user '<OTV_User>' does not have write access to this resource

• vsc.log エラーを表示します。
