いいえ。 SCVは、vCenter Server から別のvCenter Serverへのデータ移行をサポートしていません。
 
新しいSCVを新しいvCenter Server環境に導入する必要があります。古いSCVで作成されたバックアップは  手動でのみリストアでき、SCVはリストアできません。
