SCVがストレージにEMSメッセージを送信できない

環境

• SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere （ SCV ）
• EMSメツセシ

問題

• SCVは、バックアップの成功または失敗に関するEMSメッセージを送信できません。
• wfe _<job_ID>.log バックアップジョブログのに表示されるエラー：
