adminパスワードに特殊文字が含まれていると、SCVが導入後にサービスを開始できない

環境

  • SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware（SCV）4.4以降
  • NetApp データブローカー（ NDB ）

問題

SCV OVAの導入後、メンテナンスコンソールでアプライアンスサービスが実行されていないと表示され、ダッシュボードが適切にロードされません。

メンテナンスコンソールでサービスを再起動しようとすると、次のエラーメッセージが表示されます。
 
Job for controlplane.service failed because a timeout was exceeded.
See "systemcmctl status controlplane.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details
A dependency job for sqservice.service failed
A dependency job for protectionservice-rbac.service failed
