すべての StorageGRID 管理ノードとストレージノードが、NTP サーバーでノードがロックされていないと報告しています。

環境

問題

• StorageGRID UI レポートNode not locked with NTP server  およびすべての管理ノードとストレージノードでステータスunknownを表示
• storagegrid-statusの出力は、すべてのノードでTime SynchronizationがStarting...状態でスタックしていることを示しています。
• service ntp statusの出力はntp up but not ready. check /var/local/log/servermanager.logを示しています
• servermanager.log の出力はntp not lockedを示しています
• NTP ソースへの ping は成功しているが、情報が同期されていない。
• コマンド ntpq -p を使用した NTP 時刻オフセットとジッターは、著しい時間ずれを示しています：

• ntpd -q を使用してNTPクロックを同期しても、コマンドの実行時にオフセットとジッターに変化は生じません。
