StorageGRIDアラート BMCハードウェアウォッチドッグタイムアウトリセットのため、コンピュートコントローラでハードウェア障害が検出されました

環境

NetApp StorageGRID アプライアンス SG100/SG1000/SG6060

問題

• StorageGRIDアプライアンスノードでハードウェア障害が検出され、次のように報告されます：
  • 以下のような警告： 
    •  Appliance compute controller needs attention
    • Appliance compute controller power supply A has a problem
    • A problem with a fan unit in the appliance was detected 
    • "A hardware fault has been detected"
  • アラーム CCNA (Compute Controller Needs Attention.
• BMCインターフェース を確認したところ > Logs & Reports > IPMI logs、 watchdog timeout resetのアラートが表示されました
