BMC構成の突然の喪失によるStorageGRID複数のハードウェア障害アラート

• NetApp StorageGRID
• アプライアンスモデル:SGF6112、SG110、SG1100、SG6160。
• Baseboard Management Controller（BMC）
• StorageGRID環境に導入、設定済み

• Grid ManagerのNodes > (NODE_NAME) > Hardwareで、アプライアンスはBMC IPアドレスにUnknownの値を報告します：

• 正しいIPが表示されていても、最初の数回の試行では、BMCのIPアドレスへのpingが失敗する場合があります。
• StorageGRID Grid Managerでは、影響を受けるノードに対して、 数分以内に1つ以上のアラートが表示される場合があります：
  • AとBの両方の電源装置のアラート：
    • Appliance compute controller power supply A has a problem
    • Appliance compute controller power supply B has a problem
  • すべてのドライブ（HDD00 - HDD011）とファン ユニット（Fan_SYS0 - Fan_SYS7）に関するアラート：
    • Appliance DAS drive fault detected 
    • Appliance fan fault detected 
• HARDWARE FAILUREのStorageGRID通知が配信されます
• メンテナンスモードでは、Appliance Installerページに次のアラートが表示されます： 

Appliance model cannot be determined from hardware. Normal operation is not possible. Attempt an A/C power cycle of the system. If this error persists, contact technical support.

 

• メンテナンス モードでは、Appliance Installer BMC設定ページ（Configure Hardware > BMC）に次のメッセージが表示されます：

This appliance model doesn't not have a Baseboard Management Controller to configure
