未使用のECプロファイルが原因で、StorageGRIDの廃止措置がECデータの廃止措置で停止しています

問題
- 運用停止は自動的に一時停止され、再開できません
- サポート > Grid topology > Primary Admin Node > CMN > Tasks Grid Managerのレポート：
The Storage Node decommission cannot complete. Ensure all nodes are running and connected. Then, review all Erasure Coding
profiles in use to ensure they can still be fulfilled. As required, update the ILM policy and try again. For details about
this error, check bycast.log
- /var/local/log/bycast.log は以下のエラーを報告します：
ENFORCE failed: !"Selecting destination for EC group failed after 5 retries."
