環境

NetApp StorageGRID

問題

運用停止やソフトウェアのアップグレードなどのStorageGRIDメンテナンスタスクを実行しようとすると失敗します。
 
Exampleソフトウェアアップグレード事前確認に失敗した例:
The precheck operation has detacted conditions that must be addressed before upgrading. Resolve the issues listed below and click Start Upgrade or Run Prechecks to retry. Contact Technical Support for assistence in resolved these issues if necessary.
The following issues were identified by the Connectivity precheck
- <nodename> is currently offline or disconnected
- Refer to KB article "StorageGRID 11.x software upgrade resolution guide for further information
StorageGRID maintenance procedure stalls due to SSH Keys mismatch

Primary Adminで /var/local/log/gdu-server.log を確認すると、次のように報告されます:
