StorageGRIDのアップグレードで、「No module named NetApp」というエラーが発生し、ベースOSのアップグレードが停止しました

環境

  • NetApp StorageGRID
  • VMwareベースのノード

問題

StorageGRIDのアップグレード中に、[Software Upgrading Base-OS]ページでノードが停止し、完了していません

  • VMwareコンソールを介して /var/log 、BaseOSでエラーが発生しました。  ImportError: No Module named netapp
  • ifconfig コマンドでは、IPが設定されていません
 
ifup eth0 reports: 
Traceback (most recent call first):
file "usr/bin/ifup" , line 11 in <module>
from netapp import log
ImportError: No Module named netapp
