Commvault バックアップでは、デフォルトのバケット整合性レベルを使用すると失敗します

環境

• NetApp StorageGRID
• Commvault
• バケット整合性レベル（ CL ）と read-after-new-write

問題

以下のような CommVault のログでさまざまなエラーが報告されました。

• The destination encountered an error while processing the data from the source.
• SendRequest() - Error: Message: We encountered an internal error. Please try again.
• [PIPELAYER ] Error in flushing the current buffer.
• [Reader_5] Failed to write the data to the pipeline
• [Reader_5] Cannot process data for the chunk.
• [PIPELAYER ] Data Pipe Is Down
• [Cloud] There is an internal error
• Error occurred while processing chunk
• Failed to Copy or verify Chunk

StorageGRID は、失敗した HEAD 要求を報告します。

• HTTP Status Code=500
• Internal Server Error
