環境

  • NetApp StorageGRID 11.4以降
  • NetApp StorageGRIDアプライアンスSG6000

問題

  • ローカル インストーラー IP にアクセスしているにもかかわらず、StorageGRID インストーラー ページにアクセスできません。
  • ストレージ ノードは、KVM メニューの BMC 経由で 5 分以上次のメッセージが表示されたままになります。
    • BOOT CODE = HE (The system is awaiting connectivity with the E2800 controller and synchronizing with the SANtricity operating system

    • Error connecting to SYMbolAPI. [Errno 111] Connection refused
