StorageGRIDの一部のVeeam S3リポジトリフォルダにアクセスできない

環境

• StorageGRID
• Veeam Backup

問題

• 一部のVeeam S3リポジトリのファイル/フォルダにアクセスできません
• Veeam Backup and Replicationでは次のように述べています：

Connection problems.

The read operation failed, see inner exception.

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

• S3ブラウザを使用したs3バケットへの接続は成功していますが、一部のフォルダにフォルダ名がなく開くことができません

• Veeamは別のs3バケットにアクセスできる
