StorageGRID Replicated State Machine「RSM」が起動状態で停止する

環境

NetApp StorageGRID 11.2 以降

問題

拡張が完了したか、「アップグレード」段階で停止しています

• 「storagegrid-status」の出力にRSMが開始状態であることが表示される
• /var/local/rsm拡張がまだ完了していない場合は'expansion-started'というファイルが''ディレクトリ内に存在します
• エラーの例 bycast-err.log：
  • rsm[11204]: [raft.go:135] CRITICAL: Failed to join cluster
• servermanager.log:
  • rsm | RSM is not ready because there is no cluster or the cluster has no leader
