Active IQ Unified Manager ( AIQUM ) 9.8 p1

問題

AIQUM のインストールがエラーで失敗しました

Failed to start MYSQL service. Refer log more more details. Setup will terminate now!!!

 

AIQUM のインストールログが以下のエラーを示す、

TIME: 23:32:40 Custom Install Log INFORMATION:

Service MYSQL8 not running. Waiting in loop of 119 for 30 seconds each

InstallShield 2:30:48: Setup aborted

InstallShield 2:30:48: CallScriptFunctionFromMsiCA() ends, result 0x642

CustomAction InstallThirdPartyPackages returned actual error code 1602 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
