Active IQ Unified Manager用のMySQLサービスが開始されない

環境

• Active IQ Unified Manager 9.6以降
• OnCommand Unified Manager 6.x / 7.x
• MySQL

問題

Unified ManagerでMySQLサービスが起動しないか停止しています。

発生する可能性のあるエラーのいくつかを次に示します。

• The Mysql Service has started and stopped.
• Initializing MySQL database: mysqld: Can't create directory '/opt/netapp/data/' (Errcode: 2 - No such file or directory)
• Failed to start MySQL service. Setup will terminate now!
