SANtricity Unified Managerで非同期ミラーペアの作成に失敗しました

リモートアレイとの通信の問題のため、非同期ミラーグループに 2 番目のミラーペアを作成できません。
SANtricity Unified Manager のレポート：
- Error: Failed to create mirrored pair because: The operation cannot complete because the storage array cannot communicate with the remote storage array to complete this request. Possible causes include network or connection problems, or no power to the storage array. Check these possible causes then retry the operation. (API 180)

ソースアレイから Test Communication > Connectivityは、コントローラAの単一ポートをUNKNOWNとして返しました

ASUP > trace-buffers でコントローラ A の単一ポートのタイムアウトを記録します：
