CFBMC-3955：BMCファームウェアのアップグレード後の温度低下に関する警告

問題

BMCファームウェアを11.10または17.2にアップグレードすると、両方のノードからコントローラシャーシ（内蔵シェルフ）に対する過熱警告アラートが散発的に報告されます。
例：
