EMSログでP3.3V BATT is critical low/highエラーが報告される。

[env_mgr: monitor.chassispower.degraded:ALERT]: Chassis power is degraded: P3.3V BATT is critical low (16 mV).

[env_mgr: monitor.chassispower.degraded:ALERT]: Chassis power is degraded: P3.3V BATT is critical high (4064 mV).
