問題
- FC/FCOE接続とOracle Linuxサーバー環境において、ホストI/Oエラーが報告されたため、本番環境のデータベースVMがダウンしました。
- EMSログには、2つのターゲット アダプタで1分以内にリンク切れとファブリックログイン変更（FLOGI）が発生したことが示されています。
