複数のノードとNSMでのNoPathToNSMアラート
環境
- ONTAP 9
- NS224 シェルフ
- スイッチ接続ストレージ
問題
- システムが完全にサポートされている構成でケーブル接続されている場合に NoPathToNSMアラートを受信します。
- 健全性アラートで複数のノードが報告されます。
- NSM AとNSM Bの両方が報告されます。
- すべてのケーブルはプラットフォームに適したポートに接続されています。
- スイッチへの物理的な接続に問題は見られません。
- EMSログには、cshmを含むノードからのメッセージがスパムとして送信され、両方のNSMが呼び出されるため、ヘルス監視プロセスが抑制される可能性があります：
