SP / BMCポートの障害が原因でSP / BMCがファームウェアを更新できない

環境

• FAS / AFF
• ONTAP 9
• サービス プロセッサ（SP）
• Baseboard Management Controller（BMC）

問題

• SP / BMCファームウェアのアップグレードが失敗し、イベントログに次のエラーが報告されます。

• SP-MGMT-MLOG-TXT.GZ From AutoSupportから、SP / BMCに到達できないことが報告されます。

• SP / BMCがオンラインで、 service-processor api-service が有効になっています。
• SP APIサービスの内部証明書 が更新されました。
• ネットワークポートが正しく設定され、稼働している（稼働）。
• SP / BMCをリブートし て service-processorデーモンを再起動し ても効果はありません。
• SP / BMCプロンプトからSP / BMCをアップグレードしようとしても失敗します。
• テイクオーバー/ギブバックの実行方法該当するノードのテイクオーバー/ギブバックを実行しても、問題は修復されません。
