クラスタ間LIFを介してルーティングされたONTAP でAutoSupport の送信が失敗する

問題

AutoSupport メッセージの送信に失敗しました。system node AutoSupport check showdetailsコマンド を実行すると、次のような結果が生成されます。

cluster1::> system autosupport check show-details

             Status: failed

             Detail: HTTP/S POST connectivity check failed for destination:

                     https://support.netapp.com/asupprod/post/1.0/postAsup.

                     LibCurl Error (7): Couldn't connect to server.

.....

             Status: failed

             Detail: HTTP/S POST connectivity check failed for destination:

                     http://support.netapp.com/asupprod/post/1.0/postAsup.

                     Server responded with Error: 503.
