  • これは 、関連するEMSイベント(キーワード test (大文字と小文字は区別されません)が原因で、ネットアップのASUPサーバから送信されるEメールです。

例:

  • この確認応答のEメールは -to[1] 、ASUPの パラメータ -support ([Send AutoSupport Messages to Vendor Support])もに設定されている場合にのみ、[List of To Addresses]フィールドで指定したEメールアドレスに送信され enableます。 

:ASUPの パラメータ -support ([Send AutoSupport Messages to Vendor Support])が設定されて disable いても、次の2つの条件によってNetApp Automated AutoSupport Acknowledgementがトリガーされます。

  1. test   AutoSupportアップロード または NetApp認証ファイルアップロードを使用して、ユーザトリガー型ASUPログ(xxx.7z形式およびキーワードを含む)をNetApp Support Siteに手動でアップロードします。
  2. System Manager GUIからtestキーワードを指定してユーザトリガーASUPを送信します。

NetApp automatically acknowledges any AutoSupport with the word "test" in the subject line. This acknowledgement is sent to the "autosupport.to" e-mail recipient(s).
