環境

NetApp ONTAP 9.14.1以降
Rubrik Security Cloud（SMBまたはNFS経由のNASバックアップ）
NetApp FAS、AFF、ONTAP Selectプラットフォーム

問題

ONTAP 9.14.1以降を実行しているNetAppクラスタでRubrik NASバックアップジョブが失敗します。
障害はCREATE_FILESET_SNAPSHOTジョブ中に発生します。
RubrikおよびONTAPログには次のエラーが表示されます：

Failed to invoke API system-get-version; reason: ONTAPI has been proactively suspended on this cluster due to inactivity as this feature is deprecated. Use the "system services web ontapi modify" CLI command to un-suspend ONTAPI.; errno:61253
