ONTAP 9.10.x以降では、SVMでローカルのNFSユーザまたはCIFSユーザを管理できます
 

[Storage VMs]-> SVMを選択->[設定]タブをクリックし、[ホストユーザとグループ]セクションまで下にスクロールします。
