System ManagerでSAML認証を設定すると、IdPメタデータURIに疑問符が含まれている場合にエラーが発生します。エラー：「The data file was not downloaded from the specified IdP URI」

問題

ONTAP System Managerを使用してSAML認証を設定するときに、[保存]をクリックすると、使用されているIdP URIアドレスに疑問符（?）が含まれているとエラーバナーが表示されます。

例：
https://login.microsoftonline.com/xxxxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/federationmetadata/2007-06/federationmetadata.xml?appid=nnnnnnnn-nnnn-nnnn-nnnn-nnnnnnnnnnnn

The data file was not downloaded from the specified IdP URI.
