TSM snapdiff-backup is failing with error 'Authorization failed'
環境
- ONTAP 9
- IBM Spectrum Protect 8.1（旧TSM「Tivoli Storage Manager」）
- IBM Spectrum Protectバックアップ/アーカイブクライアント8.1
- Snapdiff 増分バックアップ
問題
- データ SVM レベルで Snapdiff バックアップを開始できない（vsadmin ロールにある snapdiff-user を使用している）
- Snapdiffバックアップ処理がTSMエラーで失敗する：

security.invalid.login: Failed to authenticate login attempt to Vserver: svm1
- TSMでは、クライアントサービストレースで次のエラーが表示されます。
[xxx] : ..\..\common\hci\NAHWInterface.cpp(6062): naEstablishConnection():system-get-version: failed: rc=10061, reason='Can't connect to host (err=10061).'
- 管理SVMのクラスタ管理LIFを対象にしている場合（Adminロールにsnapdiff-userを指定する）、バックアップは正常に機能しています。
