エラー1029 -「Show allControllers」の実行時に内部ソフトウェアエラーが発生しました。

問題
SANtricity OSを 08.20.27.00から08.40.60.01にアップグレードしたあと、
show allControllersディスクアレイのステータスを照会するSMcliコマンド「；」で次のエラーが発生します。 Unable to execute the command at line 1 because an internal error occurred.Please retry the operation.Error 1029 - An internal software error occurred. Retry the operation. If this message persists, contact your Technical Support Representative.The command at line 1 that caused the error is:show allControllers;Script execution halted due to error.SMcli failed.
