問題

Data ONTAP 8.x では、各ノードパッケージで実行されている notifyd サービスとそのノードに対する AutoSupport メッセージの配信です。

notifyd が SMTP を使用して AutoSupport メッセージを配信する場合、成功時および問題が発生したときに通常の応答コードを提供します。ノードの通知とメッセージのログautosupport history show、出力、およびストレージコントローラのコンソールで、内容に関する情報を確認します。

たとえば、

autosupport history show SMTP の障害を示します。MyASUP サイトに AutoSupport が表示されません

メールホストまたは通知ログには、などの SMTP エラーが表示されます 454 5.7.3 External client does not have permissions to submit to this server

ウィルス対策ソフトウェアが AutoSupport メッセージをブロックしています
