環境

  • トランスポートHTTPS(推奨)

概要

AutoSupport On Demand(AOD)は、NetAppサポートエンジニアがシステム経由でAutoSupportコアファイルを収集できるようにする機能ONTAPです。これにより、サポート担当者がデータ分析を実行するまでの時間を最小限に抑えることができます。

詳細については、「  AutoSupport OnDemandがテクニカルサポートから配信指示を取得する方法」を参照してください。

要件:

  • ONTAP 8.2以降
  • 転送をHTTPSに設定
  • TCPを開き、ポート443を送信

手順

1.AODの設定

ClusterA::> system autosupport modify -state enable -support enable -transport https -node *

2.AODが有効かどうかの確認

ClusterA::*> system node autosupport show -node <node>

例:
ClusterA::*> system node autosupport show -node ClusterA-01
Node: ClusterA-01
State: enable
SMTP Mail Hosts: 10.10.10.1 >>>> local mail host
From Address: ClusterA-01@netapp.com
List of To Addresses: -
List of Noteto Addresses: -
List of Partner Addresses: -
Send AutoSupport Messages to Vendor Support: enable
Protocol to Contact Support: https
