クラスタのリブート後または計画外の停電後にStorage Virtual Machine DRが停止する

環境

• ONTAP 9.x
• Storage Virtual Machineによるディザスタリカバリ（SVM-DR）

問題

• SVMへのデータアクセスがない
• NFS / CIFS / iSCSI / FCPネットワークインターフェイス（LIF）が停止/オフラインになっています
• Storage Virtual Machine（SVM）は、次のいずれかについてSVM-DRのすべてのノードがリブートされると停止します。
  • 環境シャットダウン（過熱など）
  • 電源のメンテナンスまたは障害
  • 機器の移行またはその他のメンテナンス
  • すべてのノードがシャットダウンするその他の問題
• デスティネーションSVMをアクティブ化できませんでした
• SVMを起動しようとすると、次のエラーが発生します。

::> vserver start -vserver vserver1

Error: command failed: Failed to start Vserver "vserver1" because the management configuration for this Vserver is locked. Starting a locked Vserver can cause data access issues. To start the Vserver specify "-force".

• SVM内の設定を変更しようとする と、次のエラーが発生します。

::> Volume snapshot policy modify -vserver "vserver1" -policy snap_Default -enabled false

Error: command failed: Changes to the Vserver configuration are not permitted:
       the management configuration for the Vserver "vserver1" is locked.
