ネットワーク構成のため、SP に SSH 経由でアクセスできません。

環境

  • すべてのFASモデル
  • すべてのAFFモデル
  • Service Processor(SP)
  • Baseboard Management Controller(BMC)

問題

  • SP/BMCにはSSH経由でアクセスできません。
  • SP IPアドレスはpingに応答する場合もあれば、応答しない場合もあります。
  • SPにはコンソールケーブル経由でアクセスできます。
  • e0MまたはSPポート/リンクがアップしており、SPがオンラインです:

  • SPを再起動 し、servprocdプロセスを再起動した後も問題は解決しません。
  • SPは既に最新のファームウェアバージョンです。
  • いずれのノードのsystemshellから確認しても、SPへのSSHアクセスは正常に動作します()
