コントローラの温度(PCISW Die Temp)が読み取れません

環境

問題

• コントローラは温度センサーを読み取れず、次のイベントを報告します。

 [node-01: env_mgr: monitor.temp.unreadable:error]: The controller temperature (PCISW-3 Die Temp) is not readable.
 [node-01: env_mgr: monitor.temp.unreadable:error]: The controller temperature (PCISW-4 Die Temp) is not readable.

• Chassis temperature is too high.. イベントに続く5月。
• PLATFORM SENSORS.XML AutoSupportのセクションでPCISWセンサーが故障していると報告される

•  SP FWが最新バージョンにアップグレードされている
• 該当するノードのSPをリブートしても問題は解決しません。
• テイクオーバー/ギブバックを実行してマザーボードを取り付け直したあとも、問題は維持されます。
