Data ONTAP 7 以前
問題
- Vscan が有効な場合、 CIFS からアクセスできないファイル。
- Windows クライアントはマップされたドライブを参照できますが、ファイルにアクセスできません（エラーメッセージは Windows のバージョンによって異なる場合があります）。
Access Denied: Files are either read-only or encrypted.
- アクセスが拒否されました管理者に問い合わせてください。
Filer の messages ファイルに、次のエラー・メッセージが表示されることがあります。
Error message: [vscan.server.connectedNone:warning]: CIFS: Virus scanning is enabled but no vscan (anti-virus) servers are connected to the filer.
何らかの理由で、 Vscan サーバはすべて切断されます。これらのファイルはスキャンできなくなり、必須スキャンが有効になっているため、データは Filer から提供されません。この状況では、一部のテキストファイルには引き続きアクセスできますが、 Word や Excel ドキュメントなどの他のファイルタイプにはアクセスできません。メッセージログには、次のようなエラーメッセージが表示されます。
