HBA X1147Aが初期化されず、sysconfig -aまたはsysconfig -acにカードが表示されません。コンソールメッセージは、影響を受けるポートに次の内容を出力します。

DMEは、影響を受けるポートに次の内容を印刷します。 
[25] e2a: Firmware recovery mode detected. Limiting functionality. Refer to Intel(R) Ethernet Adapters and Devices User Guide for details on firmware recovery mode.
