環境

  • OnCommand Unified Manager(OCUM)9.5以下
  • Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) 9.6+

問題

  • Unified Manager からクラスタを削除できません
  •  クラスタの削除プロセスが"Deletion in progress"を「Configuration/Cluster Data Sources」ページで表示したまま停止する

Cluster removal process stuck displaying Deletion in progress

  • サポートバンドルを収集するか、収集されたログ server/ocumserver.log を直接確認すると、次のエントリが表示されます。  

ERROR [admin] [default task-5] [c.n.o.r.m.e.GlobalExceptionHandler] /rest/datasources/12 com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.sessions.AcquisitionUnitException [177-153]
Fail Stop report from Originator:12
...
Caused by: com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.sessions.AcquisitionUnitException: Fail Stop report from Originator:12

  • クラスタがすでに運用停止または変更されている場合、取得が開始されないため、別のエラーが表示されることがあります。
