環境

  • Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM)9.11以降
  • OVA

問題

  • アップグレードスクリプトのMySQLデータベースステップをアップグレードすると、AIQUM 9.11 OVAからのアップグレードがハングする。
  • server.logには次の情報が表示されます。

例:

2022-12-14 23:36:32,242 ERROR [org.jboss.msc.service.fail] (MSC service thread 1-4) MSC000001: Failed to start service org.wildfly.security.key-store.ServerTrustStore: org.jboss.msc.service.StartException in service org.wildfly.security.key-store.ServerTrustStore: WFLYELY00004: Unable to start the service. at org.wildfly.extension.elytron@11.0.0.Final//org.wildfly.extension.elytron.KeyStoreService.start(KeyStoreService.java:171) Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/netapp/essentials/jboss/server/onaro/cert/server.truststore (Permission denied)
