Unified Manager を使用してボリュームを作成する CommVault 保護ジョブでは、作成したボリュームで効率化を有効にできないため失敗します

環境

• Commvault （ CV ）
• OnCommand または Active IQ Unified Manager バージョン 9.10 以前（ UM ）

問題

• CommVault の保護ジョブが失敗し、次のようなエラーが表示されます。

Protection Job Failed. Reason: (Data ONTAP reported error code (40043), message: 'Failed to enable efficiency on
volume "CC_Example_SP_20_Copy_41_svm_sample_fs01_test_vol14_Backup" of Vserver "sample-svm1": Operation has already been enabled.'(request: '/vol/CC_Example_SP_20_Copy_41_svm_sample_fs01_test_vol14_Backup').

• ONTAP CLI を使用して手動で作成する場合、問題 はありません
