  • NetApp ONTAP 9.17.1P1(clustered Data ONTAP)
  • Commvault IntelliSnap の統合
  • Active IQ Unified Manager(AIQUM)

問題

  • NetApp データストア上で IntelliSnap を使用して CommVault でバックアップを作成しようとすると、Commvault ログに次のエラーが表示されます:

is not a NetApp device OR the NetApp filer credentials haven't been entered OR the NetApp filer credential has been entered incorrectly. Please check the subclient content/NetApp filer credentials.

  • Commvault が OnCommand Unified Manager (OCUM/AIQUM) と通信できません。
