AIQUMにクラスタを追加できませんが、「Unexpected HTTP response code：408」エラーが表示されて失敗します。

問題
- Active IQ Unified Manager（AIQUM）でクラスタを追加しようとすると、次のエラーが表示されます。
"Unexpected HTTP response code received for security-certificate-install from XX.XX.XX.XX: 408" error.- クラスタ管理IPでsshを実行できません。
- ocumserver.logに報告されたエラーは、予期しないHTTP応答408を示しています。
