Active IQ Unified Managerでのファイルリストア処理が次のエラーで失敗します。「NDMP SVM対応モードが無効になっているため、処理はサポートされていません。

環境

• Active IQ Unified Manager 9.x
• ONTAP 9

問題

 別のクラスタにリストアしようとすると、Active IQ Unified ManagerでボリュームSnapshotファイルのリストア処理が失敗し、次のエラーが返されます。 

Data ONTAP reported error code (13012) message:  'The operation is not supported because NDMP Vserver-aware mode is disabled.'
