  1. 左側のナビゲーションペインで、 [全般] > [機能設定]をクリックします。
  2. [機能の設定]ページで、  Active IQポータルイベントパネルの スライダボタンを左に動かしてActive IQプラットフォームイベントを無効にします。

  4. 以前に作成した関連イベントを確認して解決する
