環境

  • NetApp StorageGRID
  • プロキシ経由で設定されたAutoSupport

問題

  • StorageGRIDが管理ノードのAutoSupport message failed to send をレポートします。
  • StorageGRID Auto supportの[Support] AutoSupport >[Tools]>[Results]に成功と表示されます。
storagegrid_last_failed_autosupport_timestamp 指標は !=0
  • 影響を受ける管理ノードからのStorageGRIDログ： /var/local/log/nms.log
