ActiveIQ Unified ManagerですべてのクラスタからのEMSメッセージが処理されない

環境

ActiveIQ Unified Manager(AIQ UM)9.x

問題

クラスタからEMSメッセージを受信しましたが、AIQ UMではメッセージの処理に失敗します。エラーは次のようなもので、ocumserver.log に記載されています。
 
2022-01-27 16:49:50,758 INFO [oncommand] [SyslogServer: udp] [c.n.d.impl.ems.AbstractEmsProcessor] No information available for the EMS with messagename : wafl.dir.size.max.warning from host : <cluster-name>
 
2022-01-27  00:00:00,005 ERROR [oncommand] [task-scheduler-19] [o.s.s.s.TaskUtils$LoggingErrorHandler] Unexpected error occurred in scheduled task
java.time.zone.ZoneRulesException: Unknown time-zone ID: US/Pacific-New
