問題

  • AutoSupportメッセージのステータスに「transmission-failed」と表示される
  • notifyd.logの出力には、次のように表示されます（：）

message: connect to 216.240.21.18 port 443 failed: Connection refused

  •  AutoSupport OnDemandが有効な場合、EMSレポート：

Mon May 15 23:58:33 +0900 [node1: notifyd: asup.aods.response.timeOut:error]: AutoSupport OnDemand Server (AODS) response was not received before the 30 second time limit.
Tue May 16 00:32:57 +0900 [node2: notifyd: asup.aods.response.timeOut:error]: AutoSupport OnDemand Server (AODS) response was not received before the 30 second time limit.
