概要

  • OnCommand Unified Managerは、9.6リリースの時点でActive IQ Unified Managerにブランド名が変更されました。 
    • 本記事では、Unified ManagerはOnCommand Unified ManagerおよびActive IQ Unified Managerの両方を指します。
  • Unified Managerは、重要なEMSイベントを受信し、EMSイベントに対して設定されたアラートを通じて管理者に通知を送信する一元的な場所として機能します。

手順

Unified ManagerでEMSサブスクリプションを設定

このセクションでは、Unified ManagerでEMSサブスクリプションを実装し、設定を確認する方法について説明します。

重要: 関心のあるEMSイベントを受信したときにUnified Managerが通知を送信するには、アラートを設定する必要があります。

Unified ManagerでのEMSサブスクリプションの設定

  1. Unified Manager Web UIにログインします。
  2. Unified Managerのリリースに応じて、次の場所に移動します。   
    • Active IQ Unified Manager 9.6.x+ 
      • クリックして  Storage Management > Event Setup > 
    • OnCommand Unified Manager 7.x - 9.5.x
      • Configuration > Manage Events >   
  3. 右上の「 Subscribe to EMS events」をクリックします。
    • 「 Subscribe to EMS events 」ダイアログボックスで、サブスクライブしたいONTAP EMSイベントの名前を入力します。EMSイベントは1つのイベントとして入力する必要があります。複数のイベント（区切り文字に関係なく）や「ワイルドカード」イベント（例：snapmirror.status*）は「EMSイベント名」フィールドで使用できません。使用するとサブスクリプションプロセスは失敗します。  廃止とマークされているイベント名は入力しないでください。
    • 注： このDescriptionフィールドはサブスクリプションプロセスの必須フィールドではありません。省略可能な概要は、このリスト内のEMSイベントを識別するのに役立つだけで、他の場所には表示されません。
    • 上記のSnapMirrorステータスの例では、メッセージ名は次のとおりです： snapmirror.status.updateStatusErr

  4. [Add]をクリックします。
    • EMSイベントがSubscribed EMS eventsリストに追加されますが、Applicable to Cluster列に「Unknown」ステータスが表示されます。

  5. 必要に応じて「Add」をクリックし、個々のEMSイベント名をSubscribed EMS Eventsリストに追加して続行します。  
  6. 「 Save and Close 」をクリックして、EMSイベントサブスクリプションプロセスを開始します。このサブスクリプションプロセスは、Unified Managerが現在監視しているすべてのクラスタに対して実行されます。サブスクリプションプロセスが開始されたことを示すバナーメッセージが画面に表示されます。

  •     EMSイベントを購読をクリックします。
    • 追加されたEMSイベントのApplicable to Cluster列にステータス「Yes」が表示されます。ステータスが「Yes」でない場合は、ONTAP EMSイベントのスペルを確認してください。名前が正しく入力されていない場合やDNSの問題がある場合は、不正なイベントを削除するかDNS設定を修正し、再度イベントを追加してください。
  • 注: Unified ManagerのEMS Subscriptionプロセスは、Unified Managerが現在監視しているすべてのクラスタに対してトリガーされます。

クラスタでのEMSサブスクリプションの確認:
追加されたEMSイベントのApplicable to Cluster列にステータス「Yes」が表示されていても、Unified Managerで監視されているすべてのクラスタでEMSサブスクリプションプロセスが正常に設定されていない可能性があります。誤ったイベント名は最初に確認（誤植）し、イベント名を削除して正しいスペルで追加して修正する必要があります。

注：

  • EMS イベント名が ONTAP リリースで利用できない場合、サブスクリプションは成功しません。
  • ONTAP 9.11.x 以降では、これらのコマンドを使用するために ::>priv set diag に移動する必要があります。

宛先 (Unified Manager) がクラスターにSyslog Destとして追加済みであることを確認します：

    ONTAP 9.3以降：Unified Managerのサブスクリプションプロセスが正常に完了すると、AIQUMがイベントの宛先として自動的に追加されます。

    • Active IQ Unified Manager 9.18未満、またはCloud Agentが無効になっている9.18以降。

    要求されたイベントが、クラスターによってSyslog Dest（Unified Manager）に送信されるように設定されていることを確認してください。

    Unified Managerで複数のイベントが設定されている場合は、関心のある各イベントが下記のコマンドの出力に含まれていることを確認します。

    ONTAP 9.3+：

      アラート生成

    Active IQ Unified Managerは、環境でトリガーされたEMSイベントについて警告する通知を送信することもできます。

    1. Alert Setup ページに移動し、Add をクリックして新しいアラートを追加します。  必要に応じて新しいアラート名と概要を入力し、Resourcesをクリックします。

    注: 既存のアラートもEMSイベント通知の場合と同様に変更できます。

    1. アラートに含めるリソースを含めるか除外するかを選択し、Eventsに進みます。

    3.次に示すように、イベントの重大度に基づいてEMSイベントを選択します。次に、Actions タブに進みます。

    4.  各EMSイベントについてユーザに通知する方法およびアラートの通知頻度に関する情報を提供します。  必要に応じて、アラートがトリガーされたときにカスタムスクリプトを実行することもできます。完了したらSave  をクリックします。

    5.確認が緑色のバナーに表示され、アラートが正常に追加されたことを示します。
